Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth:
- Achieve business objectives through effective earnings, asset, liability, and credit quality management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Acquire new clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
- Manage existing relationships by identifying needs, advising, structuring deals, preparing terms, and closing deals.
- Assess client banking needs and risks to optimize risk-reward for the bank.
Brand Communication:
- Implement brand communication initiatives for designated products.
- Communicate product positioning messages that differentiate the bank's offerings.
- Proven experience in revenue generation and achieving financial targets.
- Expertise in acquiring and managing client relationships within the medium enterprise segment.
- Ability to understand customer financial needs and provide bespoke solutions.
- Strong skills in advising, structuring, and closing deals.
- Experience in implementing brand communication initiatives and product positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
