Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve business objectives through effective earnings, asset, liability, and credit quality management.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Acquire new clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
  • Manage existing relationships by identifying needs, advising, structuring deals, preparing terms, and closing deals.
  • Assess client banking needs and risks to optimize risk-reward for the bank.

Brand Communication:

  • Implement brand communication initiatives for designated products.
  • Communicate product positioning messages that differentiate the bank's offerings.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in revenue generation and achieving financial targets.
  • Expertise in acquiring and managing client relationships within the medium enterprise segment.
  • Ability to understand customer financial needs and provide bespoke solutions.
  • Strong skills in advising, structuring, and closing deals.
  • Experience in implementing brand communication initiatives and product positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
