Job Title: Client Partnership Specialist
OverviewThis role involves driving strategic client relationships and fostering long-term business partnerships. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, understanding their strategies, challenges, and technical environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Develop tailored solutions through onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Represent clients internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives using data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to advise clients effectively.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Zoho, and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; MBA is an advantage.
