About the role

The candidate will be required to assist the Regional Head with initial proposal screening, case summary, operations of the existing portfolio and in acquiring new business in the Mid Corporate segment. Specific Roles and Responsibilities: Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk. Must be thorough with disbursement process ( legal / valuation, document execution, escrow operationalization, etc. )To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio.

Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction. Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid Corporate Clients. Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need.

To acquire new clients. Balanced Sales and Credit orientation with customer focus. Size of business – 100 to 750 cr (Target Client topline)Product Portfolio – Mid Corporate Segment / Universal Banking Products including

Working Capital, Term Loan. Required Skills and ExperienceMBA / CA with 2-4 years of relevant experience in similar industry

Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly with strong oral and written communication skills.Strong networks in region of work across corporates and NBFCsAble to engage with Promoters, CFOs and Treasury heads to build relationships and originate business, be able to present the company / products / capabilities very well

Strong selling skills, able to present own position and company well.Strong understanding of banking products viz working capital, term loan, leasing, factoring, vendor finance, etc.,Tenacious, hardworking and results oriented. Disciplined with strong work ethic and integrity

Self-starter, able and willing to take initiative Able to withstand pressure and perform

Good technical understanding of finance / credit / ratings Ambitious and Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
