Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate – Design Engineer

Our team is seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative designs for passenger and commercial vehicle bodies-in-white (BIW) components and structures.
  • Support value-added engineering, concept creation, and design proposals that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CAE, manufacturing, and engineering, to integrate designs and ensure feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including structural, safety, noise vibration harshness (NVH), and homologation standards.
  • Deliver high-quality designs aligned with project targets for cost, weight, quality, and timing.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, including CATIA V5.
  • Excellent understanding of BIW design principles, including upper body, closures, underbody, and front-end structure design.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or automobile engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
