Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute automation test frameworks using Python, ensuring high-quality delivery of our software products.

This role will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to validate features and drive continuous improvements in testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python.

- Create, execute, and optimize test plans, test scripts, and test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.

- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor test results, analyze failures, and implement corrective measures.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting new testing tools/approaches.
