Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Hybrid

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented software quality assurance specialist with approximately 3 years of experience to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and functionality.

This role involves testing enterprise-level applications, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software quality assurance practices, hands-on experience with automated testing tools, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Documentation: Analyze project requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
  • Test Execution: Conduct manual and automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or similar.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
