**Job Title:** Software Quality Assurance Specialist

  • We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of software quality.
  • You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing and product management to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Your primary focus will be on executing manual testing, analysis of requirements documents and design of test cases according to requirement documents.
  • You should have a good understanding of Health Insurance and at least 1 year of experience in TCS Bancs.
  • You will also be required to create weekly and daily status reports, as well as mentor junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in creating and managing test cases.

• Experience in health insurance and TCS Bancs is mandatory.
