We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test plans, conducting manual testing, and ensuring the quality of software. Key tasks include creating, maintaining, and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure software quality
  • Identify and document defects using standardized methodologies
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Perform thorough manual testing to guarantee software quality
  • Execute test plans according to established timelines
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Test Execution, quality assurance, and software testing
  • Proven experience with Manual Testing and creating/maintaining test cases
  • Able to identify and document software defects effectively
  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies and best practices
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Software Testing are highly valued
