Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:
  • Perform various types of testing to ensure software quality, including integration testing, system interface testing, functional testing, regression and benchmarking testing.
  • Cover the end-to-end metrology solution workflow from operating optical metrology tools to producing thin film/OCD metrology solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product, hardware, software, application, characterization teams in designing SQA testing strategies and plans based on product requirements and technical design documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or a related discipline.
  • Passionate about quality and taking ownership.
  • Critical problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of SQA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or a related discipline.
  • Knowledgeable in numerical analysis, machine learning, software development.
