Quality Assurance Specialist

We seek an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the integrity and reliability of our trading platforms.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and automation frameworks using C++, Python, and JavaScript.
- Develop automated testing frameworks and tools for critical trading systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and maintenance.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and comprehensive test implementation plans.
Key Skills:
- Proven QA engineering experience with a strong background in testing high-performance financial or trading systems.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages including C++, Python, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., pytest, Jest, Google Test).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing and benchmarking tools for low-latency systems.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
