  • Develop innovative design solutions aligned with project objectives, customer needs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Present design concepts using 2D sketches, 3D models, renderings, and prototypes.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical specifications.
  • Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring design quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Provide industrial design support throughout the development process, preserving design intent.
  • Conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries.
  • Benchmark competitors to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for design realization.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering creativity.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives in areas such as sustainable agriculture systems, urban infrastructure, and smart engineering solutions.
  • Prepare insightful design reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
