Senior AI Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI/ML product development and implementation projects. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, translating business requirements into technical plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align timelines and expectations.

  • Manage the delivery of high-stakes AI/tech product development and implementation projects
  • Develop actionable technical plans and execution roadmaps from business requirements
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Lead agile ceremonies and manage sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Track project KPIs and ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery
  • Anticipate and resolve roadblocks with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare status updates and risk assessments for leadership
Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution (required)
  • 4–8 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, or product operations (required)
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, SaaS, APIs, or cloud-based platforms (required)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills (required)
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, etc. (required)
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in a tech startup or product-led company (desired)
  • Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or software engineering environments (desired)
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMP (desired)
