Job Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing financial reports under Ind AS and IFRS, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Audit Coordination:
They will also be responsible for coordinating with auditors to ensure smooth audit procedures and closure of all audit matters.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
The successful candidate will work closely with internal customers to ensure accurate accounting and reporting under Ind AS and IFRS, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Tax Audit and Compliance:
Additionally, they will have knowledge of tax audit and all corporate laws and compliance, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
Performance Analysis:
The ideal candidate will prepare entity-level variance analysis of P&L and BS, providing insights into the organization's financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Consolidation and Financial Analysis:
They will record monthly and quarterly consolidation adjustments, providing financial analysis of the performance for a specified scope, and drive continuous improvement with operations.
Process Improvement:
The successful candidate will drive the compliance to data standards and enforcement of corporate policies, delivering effective, timely communication to the process owner and multiple stakeholders across entities.
Continuous Learning:
Furthermore, they will support the process change, driving continuous improvement through enhanced cost effectiveness and the pursuit of service excellence, and query management for support on specific customer queries not resolved at first pass.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be a CA (Chartered Accountant) with CWA (Cost and Works Accountant) and CS (Company Secretary) certifications.
Experience:
They should have 10-12 years of experience, preferably with involvement in the preparation of financial reporting under Ind AS and/or IFRS.
