Job Title: Business Development Leader

We are a 2-year-old executive search firm on a growth journey. With strong early traction in various industries, we're now looking for a seasoned professional to join us as an equity partner and take the lead in business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth across multiple sectors
  • Build deep relationships with CXO & HR leadership and convert them into mandates
  • Shape business strategy and drive revenue expansion
  • Partner with the founder to scale the firm into a market leader
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive search / recruitment / BD with proven network & credibility
  • Strong industry connections in FMCG, Retail, D2C or startup ecosystem (India & International)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to build and grow
  • Ability to take ownership, deliver results, and think long-term
  • Excellent relationship builder with strategic thinking ability
