We are seeking a driven business leader to spearhead strategic growth, forge partnerships, and expand market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends through meticulous research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategies and expansion plans by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure business retention and satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery through effective project management.
  • Prepare business development reports, performance dashboards, and pipeline updates for leadership through data-driven analysis and visualization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in the relevant industry).
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting/exceeding revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
