Job Description:
- Grow business distribution and market share in assigned areas.
- Sustain high visibility through extensive deployment and sale of products.
- Identify and recruit sales teams to drive business growth in markets.
- Develop skills in coaching and mentoring, learning new ideas quickly and applying them effectively.
- Plan market size, span, and geographies for sales teams.
- Devise effective communication methods for plans and targets to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps.
- Monitor quality parameters suggested by management.
- Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales by teams.
- Ensure team members are active in sales and usage regions regularly.
- Have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout specified areas.
- Sell cross-sales products like merchant loan, personal loan, GOLD SIP etc., along with upgrades for merchants.
- Understand lending products well.
- Train and groom allocated manpower effectively.
