Job Summary
The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for developing and driving business strategies to optimize results, partnering with product and coverage heads to drive revenue growth and improve returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy plans, financials, and business controls to drive business growth and optimize results.
- Partner with product and coverage heads to enable revenue growth and improve returns.
- Plan, budget, forecast, and review budgets and forecasts formulated periodically.
- Analyze revenues, costs, and budgets of different businesses, regions, and products to prepare various statements for senior management consumption.
- Monitor business plans and prepare trend analysis, MIS, and performance dashboards and reporting metrics.
- Conduct business management and controls, investment analysis & risk analysis (reputational/financial/operational).
- Act as Governance SPOC and manage the India Governance activities.
- Lead and managed the branch expansion projects for India branch expansion and coordinate with local and HO team to track the project progress.
- Conduct local EXCO and senior management meetings and produce relevant minutes and statutory reports.
- Develop finance and business presentation and related supporting materials for the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
