
Strategic Business Growth Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and client outreach: Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services, identify and qualify leads, and follow up to convert prospects into customers.
- Client relationship management: Travel as necessary to meet clients and build strong relationships, understand client requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Sales and marketing support: Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns to generate leads and maintain client engagement, meet clients for testimonials and feedback to improve service offerings, and assist the marketing team with business development activities.
- Market research and competitive analysis: Stay updated on the company's products/services and the competitive landscape, identify business opportunities through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone and in-person.
