Job Opportunity: Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned performance marketing expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our advertising operations, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure consistent CPLs and CACs.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing funnels to create tailored strategies that drive leads, conversions, and sales.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns for optimal performance, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, insights, and reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, assess campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of how marketing funnels work and the ability to design, implement, and optimize campaigns around them.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage client expectations, deliver results, and build long-term relationships.
