Seeking a skilled and experienced operations manager to lead our last mile delivery operations in India.
This is a key leadership role that owns end-to-end of city wide operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading teams of hub executives and recruiters to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Designing and implementing optimized delivery networks to reduce delivery timelines and increase efficiency.
- Developing scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated across top cities in the country.
- Creating performance metrics and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, and cost per service.
Additional responsibilities include driving service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by the operations team.
Requirements10-14 years of experience in driving business and last mile operations, handling complex ground operations, and owning performance metrics. Excellent data and analytical skills, fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
