At the forefront of our advertising team, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to excel as a Senior Client Service Associate.
This exceptional role offers an opportunity to manage and nurture client relationships, drawing upon expertise in account management and team leadership. As a pivotal member of our cross-functional teams, you will collaborate with creative, media, and strategy specialists to craft and execute successful advertising campaigns.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional results for clients by managing their accounts and ensuring seamless campaign execution
- Develop comprehensive social media content calendars, reports, and ORM strategies, leveraging tools and native capabilities
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to conceive and implement innovative advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication and strategic planning
- Support the creation of engaging presentations, reports, and content calendars that meet client needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
