Job Overview

Liaise with customers and operations teams to ensure timely delivery schedules are updated and planned.


Receive information on delivery schedules from customers and plan delivery routes accordingly.


Ensure goods are delivered on time as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with warehouses and consignees.


Supervise the receipt, unloading, and adherence to standard operating procedures.


Prepare monthly and annual budgets for assigned accounts.


Coordinate business reviews with customers and superiors.


Develop strong customer relationships, executing roll-out plans for new, large, and local major accounts.


Manage contract renewals and updates.


Support sales teams during business development presentations and closing processes for new accounts.


Manage overall customer relationships, dealing with customer top management.


Coordinate interactions with regional and local offices of customers.


Facilitate information flow between major accounts and the company.


Establish and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews for assigned strategic accounts.


Responsible for strategic planning for key clients, including profit/loss analysis and competition evaluation.


Monitor customer service issues; ensuring client questions/problems are quickly resolved.


Utilize resources to satisfy customers and delegate support personnel when necessary.


Maintain a thorough, up-to-date record of major client and prospect databases.Key Responsibilities
