Vertical Transportation Business Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our vertical transportation business in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our local profile, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional services to our customers.
About the Role:- Familiarize yourself with the Indian vertical transportation market, including customer, competitor, authority, and regulatory landscapes.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote our company as a leading vertical transportation authority in India.
- Create and identify sales leads through networking, research, and effective sales channels.
- Manage customer relationships effectively and expand our customer base.
- A results-driven personality with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, good presentation skills, and excellent telephone skills.
- Mastery of MS Office software, mobility, flexibility, and willingness to travel within the region.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Broad knowledge of lift technology and industry.
- Familiarity with inspections and certifications of vertical transportation; further training will be provided upon joining.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical).
- Master's degree beneficial, particularly in business-oriented fields (MBA).
