Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple functions while owning all external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • PMO Operations: Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and standardized processes.
  • Service Delivery Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
  • Risk & Cost Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Agile & Scrum Delivery: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders; ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Process Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and KPIs to measure project performance, identify gaps, and optimise outcomes.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
