Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management, planning, engineering and design related tasks ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports to senior management detailing project progress and insights.
  • Develop processes for team development, resource optimization, SOPs/Checklists, policy formulation and change initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project scope, Gantt chart, budget and safety plans for distributed projects.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and minimize risk.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Submit accurate BOMs to procurement teams in a timely manner.
  • Support RMS teams in resolving critical issues related to DGPD & ZFD selection and configuration.
  • Optimize project costs through regular tracking of major expenses.
  • Regularly update WBS details in ERP systems.
  • Provide design and engineering support for distributed projects.
  • Minimize material usage by optimizing designs.
  • Validate designs, identify constraints and bottlenecks and provide corrective actions.
  • Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
  • Coordinate client meetings, vendor interactions and site visits as required.
  • Gather inputs for design improvements and reduce iteration requirements.
  • Understand organizational needs from engineering and project execution perspectives.
  • Build necessary skills and technical competency within the team for task accomplishment.
  • Conduct technical and safety trainings for the team.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all projects in OneDrive and ERP systems.
  • Ensure files are easily accessible and maintain proper checklists/documentation.
  • Adhere to industry standards and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies.
  • Implement new ideas and design software to add value in engineering design.
  • Identify resource requirements including design software to meet design goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments and sales teams to understand client needs.
  • Manage commercial/SoW related issues proactively with sales teams.
  • Follow up and coordinate with procurement teams for timely dispatch of materials to sites.
  • Discuss project handovers with Asset Management teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support project teams to resolve site/client related issues.
  • Vendor Management and Empanelment.
  • Develop internal teams to manage vendors and ensure ESG compliance.
  • Train vendors on safety protocols for incident-free project execution.
