Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our construction initiatives and oversee successful project execution from planning to delivery. If you have a passion for strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivering results within timelines - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope Development: Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved parameters.
  • Leadership: Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment.
  • Resource Management: Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans.
  • Delivery Administration: Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts.
  • Procurement Strategies: Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation.

Requirements
