Project Director Civil

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Project Director to spearhead the execution of complex construction and interior projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

  • Minimum 14-17 years of experience in project management and construction with expertise in civil and interior works.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, teams, and budgets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building materials, MEP systems, and relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to effectively coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure project success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management and construction.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
