Job Title: Lead Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to lead the design, analysis, and implementation of wet utilities infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex calculations and analyses related to potable water, sewer, stormwater, and highway drainage using governing engineering formulas and skills.
  • Develop general arrangements, layouts, plans, and profiles for infrastructure projects.
  • Research and prepare design options and documents, including specifications and designs.
  • Provide technical guidance to CAD designers and junior engineers working on the same project.
  • Interact with clients through meetings and presentations, demonstrating confidence and positive communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and/or Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering/Environmental/Hydraulics Engineering discipline.
  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure engineering design, particularly in water, wastewater, and storm drainage networks.
  • Previous experience with modeling development using Sewer Gems, Water Gems, HEC-HMS, HEC RAS, InfoWorks ICM, WS Pro, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
  • Strong report writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication, initiative, motivation, and team player.
  • Experience working internationally, especially in Africa and the Middle East, is an advantage.
