Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Lead

This is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding and overseeing cloud infrastructure development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and architecting cloud infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on GCP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
  • Maintain technical architecture documents and roadmaps to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in GCP and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and related tools (Helm, Kustomize).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with security, audit, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes Certified Administrator, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
