Technical Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Technical Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT infrastructure support to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of our datacentres, platforms, and corporate systems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AIX server management, SAN and storage array management, backup, replication, HA, and recovery technologies. Strong knowledge of automation scripting and experience with implementing infrastructure projects is also essential.

This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service experiences for our clients.

  • A strong background in AIX operating system administration is necessary.
  • Experience with automation scripting and knowledge of latest server and storage technologies is required.
  • The ability to work independently and drive change while maintaining a keen eye on details is essential.
