Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

This role presents a unique chance to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and future scalability.

• Develop Strategic Roadmap: Create and implement a strategic roadmap for the company's IT infrastructure, driving long-term growth and innovation.
• Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Lead Cybersecurity Initiatives: Lead cybersecurity initiatives, focusing on vulnerability management, incident response, threat mitigation, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Oversee Identity and Access Management: Direct Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices, Conditional Access policies, and endpoint security using tools like Microsoft Intune.
• Manage Business Systems: Manage Business Systems, including access control systems, CCTV, and related security technologies.
• Ensure Compliance Frameworks: Establish robust IT compliance frameworks, collaborating with internal and external audit teams to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and Mentor Teams: Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Plan and Manage IT Resources: Plan and manage IT resources, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Implement Disaster Recovery Plans: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Progressive Experience: Approximately 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated track record of transitioning from infrastructure roles into cybersecurity leadership positions.
• Deep Expertise: Extensive expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and risk management.
• Hands-On Experience: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, IAM solutions, Conditional Access, and endpoint security management.
• Experience with Network Infrastructure: Experience managing network infrastructure, servers, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with Business Systems: Familiarity with Business Systems, such as access control and surveillance camera systems.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional IT teams.
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.

• Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Scripting/Programming: Knowledge of scripting/programming for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with Security Devices: Experience with security devices like firewalls, endpoint protection, intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tools.
• Experience Working in Manufacturing: Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial.
