Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Network Team Lead professional with 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing and maintaining data center networks.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve technical excellence in cloud network infrastructure through equipment architecting, designing, installing, maintaining and managing physical and SDN network frameworks.
  • Ensure high availability, flexibility and performance by evaluating the network's performance while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide ongoing infrastructure documentation maintenance, collaborate with clients and team members on day-to-day changes and requests, and oversee team operations for seamless service delivery.
  • Leverage technical expertise to provide guidance as needed, evaluate team member performance regularly and lead by example.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and trends to identify potential risks and business impact, then offer actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver solution presentations and technical proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.
  • Oversee technical validation activities, including Proof of Concept, and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in designing, implementing and maintaining Data Center networks, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless devices.
  • In-depth understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, security technologies, switching technologies, and network monitoring protocols and tools.
  • Familiarity with SDN technologies, preferably hands-on experience with VMWare NSX or Juniper Contrail/Tungsten.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, project management skills, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Leadership experience overseeing teams of at least four people.
