At the heart of our growth strategy is the role of a Client Acquisition Professional. We are seeking an ambitious individual to drive our expansion by bringing in new clients and helping them explore our diverse range of financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients by opening Demat Accounts and ensuring their initial funding meets our requirements.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through strategic events, referrals, data analysis, and targeted cold calling.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly acquisition targets and contribute to our business expansion strategy.
  • Onboard a minimum of 5 clients per month, each with significant initial investment capital.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide continuous support to meet their evolving needs.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell our suite of financial products, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIFs, and Unlisted Shares.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to our business growth.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred, with a Finance or Commerce background being a plus.
  • NISM 8 certification is required.
  • Prior experience in client acquisition, sales, or financial services will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential.
  • A hunger for growth, willingness to hustle, and genuine interest in financial markets are key qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.
