Lead Human Capital Management Consultant
Your Role and Responsibilities
A successful consultant is a trusted advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions to solve complex business problems.
Developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Designing Oracle Cloud solutions based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
- Configuring and testing Oracle applications to meet business needs.
- Working under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as an Oracle Cloud expert and advising on best practices regarding commercial processes for Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
- Demonstrating experience and expertise in designing and executing tests and implementation and internal communications and senior management.
- Following a work plan and delivering it as per roadmap and Oracle Cloud methodology.
- Managing clients in respect to the re-engineering of commercial processes, best practices, and customizations.
- Making suggestions and sharing knowledge with others towards optimizing the implementation methodology.
- Analyzing commercial requirements and developing effective configuration solutions.
- Guiding and documenting processes and relevant requirements and obtaining acceptance to ensure the client aligns with the proposed solution.
- Providing information to the designated project manager to ensure detailed planning of the project and acceptance from other key stakeholders of the client.
- Supporting implementation of the technical and functional part of the work.
- Assuming responsibility to successfully perform tests for the solution developed, including the user acceptance test with users to validate the solution.
- Documenting and following-up product improvement requests made by the client and the report of anomalies.
- Coordinating with Oracle regarding service requests and new products distribution and can coordinate the updates and correctives.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 5-6 years' experience in consulting services in human capital management systems area with a focus on Oracle Time & Labor.
- At least 5-6 years' experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud suite, with a focus on OTL.
- At least 5-6 years' experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for OTL.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Oracle Cloud Certified in T&L.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Highly skilled in problem solutions and analysis.
