Requisites:
- Graduate/Post graduate
- 9 years rich experience
- Resident of Noida or nearby areas
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relationship and network building
Job Description:
- Managing end-to-end employee life cycle from onboarding till exit formalities
- Recruitment for relevant profiles in the organization through LinkedIn, other job portals, social media, and consultancies
- A strong communicator with mentionable interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Assessing skills for junior positions
- Designing and updating Job Descriptions for required Profile
- Build and maintain a network with top architecture and design colleges
- Coordinate campus interview and other selection activities
- Good knowledge of workforce and manpower planning
- Has a good command over company policies and policy implementation
- Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
- Execute the employee's annual review procedures
- Develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster team members
