Requisites:

  • Graduate/Post graduate
  • 9 years rich experience
  • Resident of Noida or nearby areas
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relationship and network building

Job Description:

  • Managing end-to-end employee life cycle from onboarding till exit formalities
  • Recruitment for relevant profiles in the organization through LinkedIn, other job portals, social media, and consultancies
  • A strong communicator with mentionable interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Assessing skills for junior positions
  • Designing and updating Job Descriptions for required Profile
  • Build and maintain a network with top architecture and design colleges
  • Coordinate campus interview and other selection activities
  • Good knowledge of workforce and manpower planning
  • Has a good command over company policies and policy implementation
  • Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
  • Execute the employee's annual review procedures
  • Develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster team members
