Product Strategist

This role is designed to drive the product strategy and roadmap for our company. If you have a passion for product management, are experienced in Agile methodologies, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap
  • Drive business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders & User Experience Designers (UX) to discover, define, and translate customer needs into a prioritized product backlog
  • Analyze product requirements and develop programs to ensure they're met
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
  • Develop production timelines across multiple departments
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with Engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) teams
  • Act as a liaison between product teams, support, and professional services

About You:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent
  • Experience collaborating with others to refine project, process, and application needs from high level requirements
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; ability to connect across various domains, skills, and disciplines
  • Familiarity with HR platforms and core functionality would be an asset
  • Able to contribute and supervise various Agile Scrum rituals such as standups, grooming sessions, and Sprint Demos
  • Demonstrate a high level of grit and initiative to get stuff done

Additional Qualifications:

  • Passion for software product development and a curiosity for continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience using PrismHR or another Human Capital Management (HCM) platform and/or related HR Technology
  • Agile Framework certifications and/or professional development training
