As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product offering by partnering with the Product and Design team to identify customer needs and develop a comprehensive product strategy that meets those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic product roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business-planning processes
  • Work closely with UX Designers to translate customer needs into a prioritized product backlog
  • Drive the creation, development, and completion of user stories to a 'Ready for Development' status
  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met
  • Develop and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
  • Assess new product ideas and strategize go-to-market plans
  • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and close coordination with Engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) teams
  • Act as a primary point of contact to triage any escalated issues
  • Partner with the Technical Documentation team and Support to clearly communicate and define product changes
  • Help ensure Product Management is successful at building and maintaining a centrally located, 12-month roadmap
  • Establish a close partnership with QA to assess the status of testing product fixes and enhancements
  • Act as a liaison between product teams, support, and professional services to help identify product issues and opportunities for enhancements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product analysis or equivalent
  • Previous experience collaborating with others to refine project, process, and application needs
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • A great balance of software business and technical savvy/aptitude
  • Understanding of HR platforms and core functionality would be beneficial
  • Ability to become a true product expert with flexibility to respond to various business & team needs
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of its practices / processes / tactics
  • Ability to contribute and supervise Agile Scrum rituals
  • Demonstrate a high level of grit and initiative to get things done
