Human Resources Specialist

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior team to oversee the entire Human Resource Function for our organization.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who has exposure to HR Operations and Talent acquisition across various industries.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new employees
  • Assessing training needs to train, counsel and coach employees
  • Cultivating and developing a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
  • Involving in candidate assessment, screening and profiling of relevant profiles for respective roles.
