Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to manage billing operations and ensure seamless checkout experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting retail operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers at the billing counter and provide a professional checkout experience.
  2. Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
  3. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, generate bills, and issue receipts.
  4. Maintain accuracy and reconcile daily sales.
  5. Support returns, exchanges, and refund processes as per company policy.
  6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer flow.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
  8. Assist with basic stock and inventory recording when required.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 1–2 years in retail billing operations or as a cashier.
  2. Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  3. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills and customer-friendly approach.
  5. Familiarity with POS systems, UPI & card machines.
  6. Honest, reliable, and able to handle financial responsibility.
  7. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
