About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Experience Centre Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our retail experience centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer experience meets our high standards, adhering to our retail SOPs, and maintaining a high level of housekeeping and hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail store environment, with at least 1 year of experience as a store manager. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be well-versed in store operations and SOP management, and have basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the retail experience centre efficiently and ensure customer experience meets our high standards
  • Maintain 100% adherence to retail SOPs
  • Timely execution of stock and sample audits in the showroom
  • Maintain high level housekeeping and hygiene standards in the showroom
  • Attend to customer queries and complaints
  • Timely reporting to the retail operations team on a daily basis

Working Hours:

The Showroom Managers will work 6 days a week with Tuesday off. All showroom operations will be closed on Tuesday.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 month to 1 year experience in retail store
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a store manager in retail
  • Furniture and Home Decor industry experience preferred
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.
  • Well versed in Store Operations and SOP Management
