Job Overview

The Retail Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail store by overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless integration with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Management
  • Strategically manage inventory levels, implement regular stock checks, and effectively coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Oversee visual merchandising efforts, creating appealing and on-brand product displays and store layouts that drive sales.
  • Monitor transactions and budgets for store operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and achieving financial targets.
  • Develop and implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
  • Customer Experience
  • Implement processes to enhance overall customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Promote an outstanding in-store customer experience, including product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, fostering customer loyalty.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate the success of store operations, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • People Development
  • Lead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer service and sales effectiveness.
  • Anchoring training sessions as required for team member development on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies and integrate in-store and online operations.
