Job Title: Store Manager

 

About the Role:

This is a leadership position where you will oversee daily retail/store operations and manage sales staff to exceed targets. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Exceeding Sales Budgets by driving sales growth and improving commercial performance
  • Delighting customers through personalized service and exceeding their expectations
  • Converting Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects
  • Maintaining all necessary reports, inventory, and VM in line with brand guidelines
  • Expanding High-Net-Worth Individual Database
  • Defining strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Sales/Retail Sales or equivalent
  • 4+ years of retail sales operational experience with luxury/Premium Brands
  • Fluent English & Hindi languages
  • Strong Organizational, Brand Image Concerned, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Able to write reports and maintain records
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
