Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyze variances and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support executive reviews.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess business scenarios and investment opportunities.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • CA or MBA with 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
