Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Lead to Principal-Level AI engineer to pioneer the future of finance and accounting. The ideal candidate has experience crafting high-quality, complex LLM applications and agents. They should be able to deliver such projects efficiently, leveraging code generation and prompt engineering techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will design and develop the core AI platform powering finance and accounting solutions.
  • They will create, productionize, and deploy large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
  • Best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation will be defined and enforced.
  • The Lead AI Engineer will mentor and grow a team of AI engineers, guiding technical design reviews and code quality.
  • Closely partnering with Product, Data, and Customer teams, they will translate finance use cases into robust, scalable solutions.

Required Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience building backend services in Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
  • Deep understanding and expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Advanced knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience in building agents and tooling for agents.
  • Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Graduation from top-tier institutes preferred.
  • Experience in building fintech software.
  • Background in working within a large enterprise/big tech environment.
