Key Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Key Systems Integration Specialist to join our AI Platform Team in Surat, Gujarat. As a key member of our Canadian-based organization serving US enterprise customers, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business implementation.

About the Role

This role combines AI integration and no-code implementation, perfect for technically-minded professionals who want to transition from pure development into client-facing work while implementing cutting-edge technology using our proprietary platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with our founder and Head of Implementation to solve complex problems and build innovative software solutions that drive real results for our customers.
  2. Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success.
  3. Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes.
  4. Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges.
  5. Collaborate on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers.
  6. Become an expert in our platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs.
  7. Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  8. Manage a portfolio of 8-15 clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimization.
  9. Quickly build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts using our no-code environment to validate client requirements.
  10. Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights to our product team about platform enhancements and new feature needs.

Requirements:

  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred).
  • Platform Expertise: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions.
  • AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes.
  • System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources.
  • English Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication.
