Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Search Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced search solutions using OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing custom analyzers, tokenizers, and scoring algorithms, as well as experience with index template management, lifecycle policies, and large-scale data modeling.

The role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch in production environments
  • Expertise in AI/LLM-based search experiences such as RAG, learning to rank, and query understanding
  • Deep understanding of search concepts, including analyzers, tokenizers, relevance tuning, custom scoring, and query DSL
  • Experience with API development using Python (FastAPI)
  • Strong testing background, including integration, regression, and performance testing
  • DevOps skills, including automation, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
