About This Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence Architect to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sophisticated AI-powered systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
  • Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Build autonomous AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into innovative AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures, including RAG, AI search, and Agentic AI.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem, focusing on Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges, like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals, including dictionary operations and multithreading.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI development.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud-native development on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
