AI Solution Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI solution developer to join our team. As a machine learning engineer, you will design and develop custom models for business-specific problems using NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.

You will build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.

To ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment, you will apply MLOps practices. Additionally, you will optimize models with advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.

  • Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models.
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing.
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
