Job Description

As a Sr. Manager - Contract Negotiation, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and drafting international agreements, collaborating with business development teams, and advising on legal risks and business strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in negotiating various agreements, including In/Out License Agreement, Development Agts., Master Service Agreement, Manufacturing and Supply Agreement, Confidential Disclosure Agreement, Consultancy Agreement, Agency and Distribution Agreement, Liasioning Agreement, Retainer Agreement, and Agreements related to product development.

You will also assist the AVP - Legal and General Counsel in reviewing data, conducting due diligence, and preparing management reports in merger and acquisition deals. Additionally, you will advise on general business law issues and manage the legal issues of all areas of the company, including corporate matters, procurement, safety, security, insurance, and sustainability issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member in reviewing and negotiating agreements with global customers.
  • High-quality work delivery under deadlines.
  • Proactive review of existing templates/agreements and identification of clauses requiring amendment.
  • Imparting training to other departments on following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contracts.
  • Suggesting internal processes for task tracking and completion.
  • Cross-functional collaboration for agreement execution.
  • Maintaining a Contract Management Tool.
  • Conducting periodic legal compliance audits of Manufacturing Plant, CnF Agent, and Marketing Agent.
  • Supporting finance, marketing, regulatory, and other cross-functional departments.
  • Drafting POA, Loan recovery, etc.
