Telecaller Executive

As a telecaller executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and service. You will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professional and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with strong communication skills.
  • Hospital Services: Provide accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Call Records: Maintain up-to-date records and update CRM/HMIS systems for efficient tracking.
  • Clinical Team Coordination: Work closely with front office and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Strong language skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English are essential for effective communication.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in hospital or healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong interpersonal skills to handle patients with care and empathy.
